Crystal Button CB20 – 5,000 Units Sent with Zero Returns

Crystal Alarm announces that the Crystal Button CB20, the latest version of the highly popular Crystal Button CB10, has made a strong impression in professional environments where reliability is non-negotiable. Nearly 5,000 units have been delivered, and not a single one has come back with a fault.

The Crystal Button CB20 is a certified alarm button developed for demanding industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, lone working, logistics, and other environments where staff need to raise an alarm quickly and without fumbling for a phone. It combines rugged hardware with a long operational life and stable communication, even in tough conditions.

"Delivering nearly 5,000 CB20 units without a single return is a clear testament to the product's stability and quality. For many of our customers, it comes down to simplicity: a button that works the moment it matters," says Christoffer Wiklander, Acting CEO of Crystal Alarm.

The CB20 offers a range of up to 400 metres between the alarm button and the mobile device, up to five years of battery life, IP67 certification, and built-in false alarm protection. For added reliability, the CB20 uses a dedicated communication protocol developed to deliver higher dependability than standard Bluetooth alarm buttons in professional settings.

The button works as a flexible complement to existing alarm systems, giving organisations the ability to combine physical alarm buttons with mobile alarm functionality. The Crystal Button CB20 is compatible with Wi-Fi-based indoor positioning via Crystal Alarm technology, the Crystal Alarm App on smartphones, and direct integration with Cisco infrastructure.
